Pilates Precision is an established school of Pilates teacher training located in Crossharbour, Canary Wharf. With over a decade of experience, specialising in producing top quality pilates teachers in the UK and Europe, we are now running classes for the public taught by our own in house trained and fully accredited Pilates instructors.
The concept of Pilates is based upon developing your fitness levels through the improvement of your core strength and flexibility. Instead of focusing on the superficial muscles, Pilates targets the deep stabilising muscles within the body and practice will improve posture, strength, function and movement of the joints, core strength and flexibility.
We are passionate about the benefits of Pilates on your body, mind and overall wellbeing, so whether you are experienced with the practice of Pilates, have done a class or two or are completely new to the concept then why not join us for a class.
